We currently ship via USPS for retail orders and FedEx for wholesale orders.
Once your shipment leaves our hands, it is no longer our responsibility. We cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen products in transit. However, you can file a claim with USPS here.
We also ship internationally via USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax you are prompted to pay upon receipt of your shipment.

For orders placed in the US: We want you to love your purchase—if you don’t, please feel free to send it back to us for a refund.
